i have an 86 honda accord that im trying to keep running. the problem is that after running for about 20 minutes in the rain it starts to lose power. when i hit the gas it wont get above 3000 rpms, and i cant climb a hill. if i pull over and shut the engine off it will be okay for another 15 minutes until it starts to lose power again. when it is not raining it is fine. anybody know what it could be, i appreciate any help.
