It seems that there is little to no vacuum being applied to line #19. The cars idle drops off right after start up, and the choke is not releasing after the car is at normal operation temperature. It seems that the FIU has no vacuum applied to it, therefore the idle drops, and the choke is not backing down, therefore no vacuum is applied to it either. I am now beginning to think that there is a clog or that check valve is failing. Does this make any sense.
