I have been told by many that this is common in Hondas, however, have never experienced it on my 86, 89 or 95. The fix is simple:

Pull the tail light assembly that you think is leaking, wipe the seal with a clean cloth and some rubbing alcohol. Then wipe the car where the seal sits. At this point you can either re-assemble and monitor it to see if it goes away, or what Honda will usually do is put a small bead of sealant on the seal, then reassemble.

Sorry it took a while for someone to post to your question. Hope this helps. If it is not the light seal, the other place they sometimes leak is around the pressure vent that it hidden behind the trunk liner on the drivers side.
