Please note that when you drain the radiator, there's still a large quantity of coolant in the block.

My 90 Accord manual has the following capacities (which include the reservoir and heater core). Should be the same for your 92:

At change (just draining the radiator)
AT - 3.7 Qts
MT - 3.2 Qts

After overhaul (includes engine block)
AT - 7.5 Qts
MT - 7.0 Qts

So you see, depending on which type transmission you have, there is still about a gallon of coolant left in the engine.

There is a drain plug in the block to drain the engine coolant, but it is hard to reach, mostly obscured and difficult to remove.

Might be hard to get the ratio right if you don't completely drain the system...
Just something to consider.
