If you're using windows media player 6.4 or higher, go to divx.com and downlod the ltest divx codec.

If it still doesn't ply, get the codec to play xvid as well. I've got divx 5.05, xvid, and an ogg codec installed and I can play everything I've downloaded so far. :-D
