I think what he is asking is why are we spending our time debating about "the world" and not out there performing more service, trying to comfort those who need it, work in the temple, and administer to our brothers and sisters. Truthfully, it is a question I often ask myself and think that I should be out performing some service, rather than debating my point about why we should or shouldn't be here or there.

I'll admit, it...I'm a news junky. I have always, as long as I can remember, wanted to know what was going on around me. More and more though, I have been thinking that I need to be more concerned with what is happening within my relm of influence and not so concerned with what is going on thousands of miles away. This is not to say at all that I shouldn't be watching...only that perhaps I need to be doing more to serve and comfort.
