I think it’s sort of ironic that the military has a pledge to defend the Constitution but then have he has no constitutional rights in a military tribunal. That seem rather odd to me.

War is hell. Those like Lt. Watada who refuse to fight, and those who fight with honor and end up in places like Walter Reed are all being treated poorly. The whole thing stinks to high heaven. Which is why I blame the CIC for getting us into this cesspool of utter nonsense in the first place.
