If they were looking out for her best interests it wouldn't matter that she had gay or straight foster parents
if the parents met the criteria for providing a structured, loving home life, since we are talking about
her need for the same. Nest c' pas? Governor Romney has left it to the states, and in wake of the marriage amendment being defeated, that would be the next logical step; to let the states make that determination for themselves and leave the fingerpointing homophobic accusations out of it.
