You know, I think that is a sop to the unconstitutional programs anyway. Too bad we didn't have that for welfare reform. Sounds like an oversight to have, and yes, liberals will be threatened by it because it impacts their special interest groups and so called non-discrimination.
I am for it. And I doubt very much it would impact the checks and balances since most of the government programs represent an intrusion on our rights to begin with.
It is about time. Now, if we could get them to sunset the patriot act, would you be for it?
