Curt, I suggest you refer to the outline that Ken and I sent out and demonstrated. Your message reflected very well the next step, unfortunately its Ken's clearing. He needs to see behind you, he needs to ask for what he needs and he needs to hear from you what you can do.
Then when its over, he needs to feel 'complete' that he has finished the process for him.
Then if you feel strongly enough you can go through the process for yourself or choose not to.

It's a shame that this board is effectively offline whenever a clearing takes place, but I'll wait until it's over to post again.
