Part of your problem is using Microsoft Publisher. Despite the name, it's a bitch to use.
Tell ya what: Find out what your hostname, address and password are (Hostname is probably something like ftp-www.prodigy.net, address is probably something like ~jnerone, and password is probably the same as your sign-on password) or find your Prodigy FTP app, and I'll try to take a look at your code. Coffee should work fine for file transfer, but Prodigy's ftp app should be incredibly simple to use if you can find it. Try searching in their Members area for more help.
I am sure I can fix your code, remove all of the Microsludge, and maybe set it up more like a simple template so you can edit in Notepad. Or you might try FrontPage Express if it's lurking on your machine someplace.
If you want to stick with Geocities, I think Curt will be your best resource, as he has used them in the past.
