I was at that Seattle show, too (both nights!) wooohoooo!!!!!! I didn't make it onstage though :(. Maybe next time I'll get the big invite, eh? Anyways, I remember the comment about the "new album" when he played the new stuff, and I've heard that this is the deal: It will be a "best of" album, released in spring 2001, but it will include three or four new songs. That sounds like the most likely scenario. I don't know if Chris will go for a second season on the show- I read that they originally wanted a contract for more shows, but would only sign for 17. Doesn't sound like a guy who wants to make a huge commitment to TV, lol. However, I suppose he could change his mind if it's a real success and earlier albums start flying off the shelves.
