 Boleh sesiapa beri pandangan pada saya bagaimana nak mengatasi kebosanan di tempat kerja. Motivasi diri semakin hari semakin menurun. Dulu okey aje. Seronok bekerja. Punca utama adalah semenjak saya dan rakan difitnah membocorkan rahsia sumber manusia. Sebenarnya kami tak buatpun. Kami ikhlas bekerja di HR Dept. Tapi teramatlah sedihnya bila hal-hal HR dihebahkan oleh pegawai2 di peringkat pengurusan. Kami langsung tak buka mulut. Tapi sampai sekarang tiada sesiapa yang nak backing kami dan sampai la ni kami seolah-oleh dipandang rendah. Sedih dibuatnya bila boss yang selama ini kami hormati menganggap kami tidak amanah. Kecewa dibuatnya. Rasa macam nak berhenti kerja tapi kalau berhenti nak kerja kat mana pula ya. Tolong bagi pandangan macam mana nak selesaikan masalah ini.
