Baiklah Azi, saya simpati dengan keadaan awak.

Memang rasa geram bercampur bengang bila orang memfitnahkan kita, apatah lagi di tempat kerja.

Bagi saya, awak perlulah menjalani kehidupan sediakala dan cuba menghadapi situasi ini dengan cara positif. Contohnya, jika datang seorang hamba Allah bertanya pada awak mengenai perkara ini, awak jangan segan-segan menerangkan keadaan sebenar pada mereka dengan nada yang tenang bukan dengan cara emosional.

Saya yakin mereka akan mengubah persepsi negatif itu kelak setelah mereka bercampur dengan awak.Selain itu, tingkatkan lagi mutu kerja awak di dept. awak.Jangan sesekali membiarkan perasaan negatif itu menghantui diri awak. Jika tidak, keadaan yang awak hadapi ini tidak akan berubah, malah akan menjejaskan mutu kerja awak.

Oleh itu, semoga awak dapat berfikiran terbuka dengan situasi ini.
