Subject: Indefatigable 1990-1995 Hood Division - 156

I was fortunate enough to spend 5 years at the Inde. For me they were, and will probably always be, the best years of my life. In form five I was privilaged to be awarded the rank of Petty Officer of Hood Division and then, in form six, Cadet Officer(although that was prematurely cut short when the school closed). They were both opportunities that taught me so many of the skills I use today.

I'm now working in Manchester as a multimedia author for a large, national company - Vertex Data Science (www.vertex.co.uk). I also do a fair amount of freelance webdesign, so if anyone needs some help or advice in that area just shout.

If any Old Boys would like to get in touch, it would be great to hear from you. A few people I'd especially like to hear from are Monger, Gee, Mars, Trevor, Beavis, Patrick, McD, Mr Edge, Mr Holliday, Mr Cheeseman, and Mr Simpson. I know there are important people that I've forgotten to mention, so, basically, if you remember me please get in touch.

For those that might be trying to get in contact with people, I have had a least minimal contact with Clive Seymour, Barry Priddis, Mike Thompson, Spencer Pryce-Williams and Mike Hughes so I can certainly give you pointers on how to contact these guys.

Finally I'd just like to mention Mr Pete Burrell. From my experience he was a fantastic man - one of the key people that made Indefatigable what it was. Admittedly, he could tell a story or two and was certainly prone to the odd exageration, but, in my opinion, the world would be a better place with more Pete Burrells around. RIP MR Burrell, you'll be dearly missed.

The Inde was a great grounding for me and has certainly made me the man I am today - I owe a lot to the school and the people involved in it.

Kind regards,
Owen Sutton
