Killing and maiming is sort of well... pointless. Being 'vermin' dosen't mean you have a taste for meat and destruction, it simply means you have better goals to attain than gardening. Certianly military power is an interest, conquest is valued, power is all well and good. However, I see little reason to elect somebeast for such a pretigious position simply because he presents himself as a mindless murderer.
