No offense to Swiftclaw for his abilities as a warrior, as I'm sure nobeast likes to boast about his talents without being able to back them up, eh? My reservations lie in that Swiftclaw here claims he has a knack for mere slaughter, and mayhem. A Secretary of War should not only value strategy over strength, but have experience enough with the fort with he or she is serving. A beast must know the ins, outs, and capabilities of every soldier in this fort, and have a mutual relationship of respect with each of them. We need a strategist, and not a gladiator.
