( Your just like most democratic politicains) You always criticize someone, usually Drabane, but you don't make an alternative. Learn to criticize constructively. * The wolf turns to the crowd of debators* I think I may speak for my personal opinion. I am hopefully representing the concerns of most the majority of the lower classes and they may seak up of course in any way necessarry.

Hear me out. I thought about this...How about from now on we get coins only from activities, but the coins will not be divided, but it will be used to buy weapons and items and such. That will eliminate the division of the coins and the beleif of bringing one's stature up because your more active. You'll be promoted by your skill in a certain area. How can you do this? Make interviews with your captains, or if your captains are not active, the queen herself. One's own pay will be accumulated through activities yes, but your promotion will be based on your skill as a leader. Is that not fair? One judges his inferior ranked beast with competency rather then how much your gold weighs. I volunteer to open the shop myself, We don't even have to work on our fort. ( We can simply post a menu of items at the MB, write their price, some guy buys them, the owner makes a list of who got what, for what,and sends it to Snowstar, in Snowstar's updates she can see whoever's report and lower or higher one's coins.)

If this economic plan is passed I promise to help out with it. As for the bill of rights. I am also very much in favor of that movment. It will demonstrate our power as a hopeful monarchaic democracy. With this passed it will also show our power to reconcile with eachother and to argue in a quick, civil manner that will help us get through our orders of business. I believe, that Fort Nightshade can be a much bigger power then it is now. I also believe that if a team works together a team reaps the benifits according to how active and helpful you were.

I ask that you all think about this plan right here. This could make our Fort one of the greatest. How so? One, We will have a shop ( That adds to the fun of RPing.) Two, We show our oponents that our government is strong through simple diplomacy amongst eachother. Three, with this econmoic plan we now judge promotion on competency rathr then wealth. Four, we enlighten our sailors to work hard if they want to buy things, and that they no longer need to be wealthy to climb to the top. Five, doing this will also encourage more beasts of helpful nature to immigrate here under the free ideals of a democratic monarchy and a free fist against tyranny and opression. Six, we completely change what our enemies want. They want to fight incompetent leaders, with this act it will make only strong, clever leaders to save the fatherland. Seven, we make our government also looked upon judginhg on competency rather then your wealth. Seven, we bring our fort into a new age in which freedom and personal rights actually exist and are not theory any more.

In conclusion and final summary, this will bring our land into something very great for all of us. Who supports my plan?
