Rush must know that there is an ocean of resentment against him and that the dam is breaking. If the allegations are true, he will go down as one of the biggest hypocrites and liars of modern times.

Of course, Rush will run to the Betty Ford Center and cry on television, but like a bird that has broken its wing, he will never fly as high ever again.

The GOP will copy "Behind the Scenes" and do a documentary on Rush to show why his leading a billion dollar empire of hate finally got to him.

In terms of deals, Dubya will probably offer to pardon Martha Stewart if liberal leaders agree to stay quiet when Jebbie pardons Rush.

In all reality, there should be a call for healing and forgiveness across America. The bitter opposition has become so bad that both sides are slaughtering America's best and brightest for any human imperfection. Maybe Rush's meltdown will trigger true introspection and prayer in that craven bastardized excuse of a Christian church in America.

Maybe the Christians will understand why religion and politics should be separate and why forgiveness should apply to everyone and not just those who shout the loudest that they are forgiven and saved.

I suspect that the Christians will squander this singular
opportunity to split from the GOP monstrousity they helped to create. Rush will be forgiven by them, but liberals never will be. We are the unforgiven and outcasts in a very ugly political landscape.

Will Rush kill himself over this? That is one possibility, but I do not think it will happen. Still, his entire facade has been irreparably damaged and that is what he lived for.
What a crisis that fascist must be going through. In some way, I think karma is giving him back all of the suffering he has dished out to so many. It will be interesting to follow this story of a GOP god fallen from the heavens.
