Melanie shooed the kitten away from the popcorn and the 2 best friends settled in to watch the movie. Afterwards they were tired. Melanie picked up Jake and they walked upstairs, calling good night to Jenny. Mel set Jake on her bed and brushed her teeth, then after she & Steph were ready for bed she turned off the light. Mel was sleeping on her bed with the kitten and Steph was sleeping on the futon in the corner.
THE NEXT MORNING...
The next morning was sunny with a cool breeze, promising rain later that day. They quickly dressed in riding appareal (Mel in her beige breeches, knee high boots, and a white t-shirt with a dressage horse silhoutte) and hurried downstairs. They ate breakfast (chocolate chip waffles & fruit) and hurried to the barn. "Tack up girls!" Jenny called cheerfully. "Dressage lesson today!" Melanie was diffrent from Stephanie in the fact that she loved dressage more than jumping. She eagerly tacked up Princess and led her to the outdoor arena. Stephanie followed, leading Spice. They mounted and warmed up at the walk, trot, and canter. Then Jenny stepped into the arena.
