I just got an email from Courtney saying she had to quit Fantail Creek because she had to go to college in Ireland or something and that she has a boy named Bree who is 15. If you would like to adopt him please do! I'm going to have Saddle put him on the adoption board later but I am going to give him some lessons first.
********Alana met Bree out by Courtney's car. She said goodbye and gave Bree a hug. She got in her car and drove off. Bree hung his head low but didn't cry. ALana held out her hand and Bree gave a firm handshake. Alana asked him if he knew how to ride and he said he rode all the time. Alana then asked him how well he rode and Bree said he was a champ at racing, barrel racing, western pleasure, trail, show, and cutting. So Alana went to the stall that said, "Maximum Effect" She brought out a beautiful paint horse. Black and white. Alana said, "Here, we'll start you off on Max." Bree mounted. Max and him clicked. They worked wonderful together! Bree put Max in a trot and then a canter. Then Bree asked if he could practice on barrel racing. Alana nodded and brought out three barrels. She made them into the shape of a triangle and then shouted, "Show you stuff!" At that Bree gave Max the signal and they were off! Max was a beginner in barrel racing but Alana had trained him for it. He worked awesome! Alana nodded and said, "Okay, now you walk him around and cool him off. Then you need to untack him and groom him." Bree looked the happiest Alana had ever seen him!
