I am in the process of working up a project to celebrate and promote the writings of Janet Hamilton, whose memorial is located in West End Park, Coatbridge. This is part of a parks based heritage and arts project which will have its focus within the park and involve the surrounding communities. I would love to involve her descendants in any way possible in the process. At present I'm researching possibilities as to how we can progress this so you would be able to be involved from the outset should you wish (or at least be kept up to date with developments should time or distance not allow greater involvement). I too am descended from Janet Hamilton, and have worked out some family tree stuff which I'm sure the original poster Anne Hilton will be interested in.
