I don't think society looks highly on strippers, either. We simply acknowledge that this part of society exists, and that as long as all parties are consenting, they have a right to it.

BTW, I doubt women will ever flock to prostitution as a way of making a living. It really doesn't seem like the sort of profession where PR would help it... it's pretty "hold your nose" kind of work, hey?
