Doesn't mean it's constitutional. Most everything that is eventually determined to be unconstitutional is widely practiced first. And don't forget the vote on this drug testing thing was 5-4. One fewer right winger on the bench and it would be UNconstitutional.

Lovely. Though I think this is absolutely wrong and unconstitutional, should someone not apply to work there they won't have a truancy officer come to their home.
