I'm well aware of the Bill of Rights. But obviously random drug testing remains within those rights, because it's done everywhere you turn around nowadays. My husband administers them regularly to his employees.

I'm assuming we're talking about a urine test here, not extensive blood work. I have no problem with my kids being subjected to peeing in a cup every now and then to test them.

It's unfortunate that it's come to this, but drugs are ILLEGAL, and have no place in public schools.
