Hey, Rev. Joe -

Well, natural curiousity got the best of me, so I took a look at the website. That guy is a bit 'New-Agey' for me, but I understand that the way we grow food nowadays is really sad.

It's funny how some people accuse Soy as being bad for the brain (contributing to Alzheimer's), which is such a silly statement if you look at the Japanese. They consume tons of Soy-based products (including tofu & miso soup). Look at how smart they are! They also have a lower incidence of Alzheimer's disease. Whoever made that claim most likely doesn't know what they're talking about. Of course, the Japanese eat lots of fish, too, which could account for some of their 'brainy-ness'! Heh. Heh.
