i think this is my least favorite thing about t.v. it's what i hated in myself and others' viewing choices because it was a choice that was chosen by indecision. you spend all this time and end up with nothing. it's right up there with junk food commercials.

but my concern is that there are so many other issues; violence, vegging out, using up your emotional life in something that doesn't exist, harming your brain, not to mention--subliminal messaging (although it's illegal, prove it isn't there...). i think maybe the occasional movie is ok. i think that there are still hazards that must be guarded against.
