I'm having a hard time too. I told myself I was only going to watch Conan O'Brien after work every night and that was it. I work second shift and I just love his show. I decided I'd pick one show to watch and I picked that one. Well, every night I end up watching more than his show. Now I'm thinking of taping it and that way I will only watch what's on the tape, then turn it off. I don't know. This is very hard. Right now I'm in the middle of "Four Arguments for the Elimination of Television" by Jerry Mander. It's an awesome book. The more I read it, the more I see that TV really is scary. This new crop of "reality" shows is making me sick.
