Yes, yes it is. I am truly enjoying the freedom I am starting to see. It is a difficult habit to break. I have had this bad habit since I was nine years old, 14 years!!! I can't believe it has been that long. You are right about not thinking about "not" watching TV but to focus on doing other things. That is advice I will truly use on a daily basis. Thank you very much for your care and advice.
