Subject: I'm doing the points thing. I like the total flexibility. There's nothing I'm "not allowed" to eat ..... I just have to plan to eat the high calorie stuff and not all that much of it. I have a loooooong way to go until I reach a reasonably normal weight .... but it's going well so far!

Since then she has gained a few pounds back but she just started again. Feel free to post here about your progress so that we could cheer you up.
