Subject: New Habits...

Lisa has been so good about reminding myself and a few others of our goal to establish one new habit a month. A good habit. Not like rock eating--which is what my dogs have been into lately.

My goals that I need to maintain: treadmill walking and making good financial decisions

New goal for March: I need a work related one---to have my desk ready for the morning before I leave for the day. When I get off this treadmill, I'm going to make myself a list.

Do any of you need to be challenged to find one good habit to practice the month of March? Let us know and we'll help you keep on task!

[> [> [> well I had two sinus infections within a month recently (not sure that it was the same one - my parents were sick in between so I may have just re-caught it) but I'm thinking thats what it is, that my body just hasn't caught back up - besides - when I was in college one of the school nurses more or less figured out from talking to me (their office was in our dorm) that I really need more like 9 or 10 hours of sleep to really feel good) -- Aria, 08:34:30 03/03/05 Thu [1]

[> Folks are odd that way. Some can go by with as little as 4 hours sleep, no problemo, others, like yourself, need a lot more than that. Every body's different. -- MariMata, 03:35:01 03/04/05 Fri [1]
