• She looked cute but casual in khaki shorts and a plain blue spaghetti strap tank top that left a line of midriff exposed. Her hair was still done in the braids Leah had put in - though a bandana was decorating her head also. Wire framed sunglasses rested over her eyes, but she smiled a bit when she saw him, tilting her head. "Somethings never change." She was a good five minutes late. • She nodded a bit. "There's something in my purse I want you to look at...grab them out while I am ordering." They were the photo's from Leah's, she had borrowed them to show him. So many pictures of their youth, when they were happy and smiling, a few with Kenzi and Kevin kissing, one with him swooped up over his shoulder, her laughing, tons with the whole group together....She was up at the counter, ordering her usual white mocha latte with soy milk. He pulled them out and flipped through them slowly - some of them made him smile but some pierced like an arrow through the heart - they had been so happy then, they would never have imagine that they were mortal, that anything like the damage he'd done to her could possibly happen. She shrugged her shoulders lightly, it wasn't overly serious between her and cole, definately wasn't love - it was just both of them needed somebody and they had been friends for so long they just kind of drifted to one another. "When your girlfriend wasn't around, you cheated on her with me, when she came back, you left me without a word and went back to her, now she's gone again, so you want another chance."
