It is a different matter, if the forum is held by the school itself and (to a lesser extent) the PSA. You can't imagine how terrible those messages were... attacking the school and the teachers maliciously. That's why 6 years ago I closed down the web forum in www.wahyan.edu.hk which was maintained by me at that time. I didn't want the reputation of our mother school be tainted. An formal open forum faces a lot of problems, and there is always a conflict between user-friendliness and security. On the other hand, a private forum like ours, which is not open to the public world, is muh more easy to handle.
