You must be a city boy John, as I have seen a 20lb raccoon try to drown a 80 coon dog and if the owner hadn't shot the coon it would have killed his dog, and I guess from your statement you have never seen a raccoon tear the shit out of a 100lb dog either. When you live on a farm and have to deal with these critters, you really don't care if your dogs gets one or not. And by the way I;d like to see a 300lb boerboel.
