I have experienced this when I was living in a foster home in w. Pittston Pa. in 1992. I would hear a high pitch whistle. I would wake up and find that I could not move. I knew I was awake. I would pray and It would eventualy go away in about a minute or so.
I moved from the Place the following year. It never followed me.
