You for the most part Warspite has valid claims although the weapons ranges have never been clearly stated (in dialog) on screen the way they are in Trek. So we only judge what we see on sreen. From that point of view both Trek and Wars apear about the same. That goes for speed too! But based soley on that I'd say that the Lakota has a fair chance at winning. Since its a one on one fight the Trek ship could use Warp speed as a tactical advantage (The reason they don't use that tactic in fleet engagements? To many ships to close to each other!) Other than that I agree with Warspite.
