Irrelivante. V'Ger's mission was to explore the universe and learn all that is learnable. Not to show up and start a confrontation. If you want to compare technologies then yes I would say that SW would only have a slight advantage. One of the smaller sphere severly weakened the Enterprise-Refit sheilding.. and the planetary weapons would only devistate the surface of the planet where as you can get a Galaxy, Soverign, or Nebula class ship to do the same. V'Ger's weapons were not really all that powerful.
