Subject: jeff has some insight into the dilema of "civilian" killing
In reply to: Jeff the Argumenter 's message, "Re: Shoot first, ask questions later" on 18:39:27 07/10/02 Wed

the word "war" is thrown around alot, yet i dont believe that everyone understands that in war, people die, many people inocent and non-inocent. However, just because they are civilians does not mean they are neccissarily innocent at all. Civilians can be just as potent killing machines as the soldier with the gun and bayonet. They may not fight on the front lines, but they are the ones building the machines the men on the front lines are using, they are the ones living in the country supporting the war! We all share some part in all the bloodshed, nobody is innocent, nobody is free!!
