...I think its easy enough to figure why this happens...and you said yerself there will always be terrorists. And how do you know we dont already invest enough time on suspects within...and they were just lucky enough to slip through?

and where did you find all this out? but hell, killin terrorists is always good.

How would that be better spent money??? no offense, but nations security, or feeding starving children...which we already TRIED DOING...and managed to create a black market lead by warlords.........
