Enemas are a tool. Like all tools they can be used appropriately and inappropriately. Used appropriately enemas can be a good health tool. E.g.: They're great for dealing with an acute case of constipation. They're a wonderful adjunct to a cleansing program.

May I ask what you're trying to accomplish by taking enemas? If your goal is to reduce your high blood pressure I think you should address your question to a health care provider. If your blood pressure is not controlled you should talk to your health care provider before taking enemas regardless of what your goal is. Fleet enemas, in particular, can actually raise your blood pressure!
