I have heard so many comments about enemas. Some people feel they are safe and a good way to cleanse. Others say the body has it's own way of working things out and we should not risk changing the bowel balance with enemas.
My sister was diagnosed with cancer and she has chosen alternative, which I agree with. She has regular coffee enemas and it has helped her. I too use a lot of alternative and have concidered adding enemas too my body care, however I don't want to add something that may not be right for me. I have no problems with bowel movements and feel fine in that area, but again I read it is good to clean out the bowel.
Can you give me any suggestions?
