I've taken enemas most everyday for quite a few years now and find I have more energy and less joint pain, I take between 1 and 2 qts. in the morning, there are some days I have bowel movements during the day or evening even if I take an enema,I find it much easier to keep my weight under control,at the same time felling great, I am 63 years old and feel better than I did at 40, before I started taking daily enemas, try them if you don't hve good results stop taking them, good luck I don't think they will cause you any harm.
