Yes, it's bad and sloppy photoshopping. It is sad that Miss MD feels the need to excessively photoshop her photos, because she is a naturally beautiful young lady. She is making her arms pencil thin and her chin way to skinny. This is sending a terrible message to young ladies that you need to look really gaunt to compete in pageants and win a title.

Hannah is beautiful, and is doing a fantastic job as Miss Maryland. I follow Hannah, and I do not notice excessive photoshop. Even if she did photoshop all of her photos, is this really something to quibble about?
What I DO notice about Hannah is her commitment to her job. Maybe you should focus on that instead of pointing out negativity. Additionally, look at her Instagram post pre-Miss America about how she used to be overweight and overcame it. Seems like a great role model to me.
