Subject: It doens't matter what the rule is someone will not like it, however if you make a rule you need to hold to it that is the professional way to do things. Consistence in the way you do things is how you make people happy and that way when there is a grey area everyone knows that you just go by the rules, keeps the drama down to a low roar. The bigger car count, the more spectators, the more money for the track.
