Consistence in the way you do things is how you make people happy and that way when there is a grey area everyone knows that you just go by the rules, keeps the drama down to a low roar. This did not happen one time it happened to both Clay and Todd and according to Mel who we all know and trust his word he has it on tape that both bulbs went out and he was not moving.
