當你睇過某起過漏水樓的發展商在沙田區新盤的交樓標準，你會發覺連最唔顧質素專搵買家笨的無良發展商都洗心革面，唔敢在用料上玩野，起開單幢家下起大型屋村的恆ｘ又點會在此環境下冒險？

若從新港城與新都城的用料標準，港灣應在可接受的水平。
