superman always seems to get caought by lex luther because he is not as smart as lex. thats why superman respects him.batman has always outwitted his enemys by his clever thinking.batman would out smart superman. i mean all it takes is kryptonite... easy win every time. anyone with kryptonite can beat superman.he has a weakness that leaves him powerless.
