Sorry Daniel but Paul is right. I like Supes more than Bats but Batman would win. Superman can kill Batman in the blink of an eye (and he has proved that he can kill with Zod and etc.) but he does'nt kill. Batman would'nt really care, he would kill anybody as long as he does'nt use a gun to do it. That's why he always comes out on top. Also people always root for the under dog.
