Superman's enemies seem to find kryptonite pretty easily. All Batman would have to do is create a trap for Superman and fill a room or something with kryptonite dust and that would be the end of Superman. Batman has virtually unlimited resources. And if Batman wanted to be really nasty he could some how get people afraid of Superman and his powers, ex. get the world against Superman because he has so much uncontested power.
