I will here try to end this neverending debate about batman vs superman.

First, I'd like to applaude k strahm for his post on november the third. So true.

There is no doubt about the winner of this battle. Batman always overwhelmed superman in each of their multiple encounters. The main problem with superman is not his lack of wisdom or intelligence, it's his emotions. He's driven by his heart and it has always been his weakness. Batman thinks before doing anything, he is always well-prepared and his tools are just the extension of his mind. Think about it... Batman's a total freak. He saw his parents die and decided to dress himself like a bat and fight crime without any superpowers or anything. The distinction between him and the other superheros is that he's a mad guy who's on the good side. He's a good mastermind. How uncommon does that sound?! He has the psychologic profile of a bad guy since they are always the brilliant freaky ones. Still, his loyalty to his city and its citizens has never failed him. He puts his personnal life on the side to fight crime. That's what superman can't do and that's why he's such a loser. Batman will always win against superman and for those who don't agree, read the damn comic books you losers. Don't talk about something you don't know. Batman will always be the best hero of all.

I don't think so. Can you imagine Superman with the characteristics of Batman. There wouldn't be a city to live under. Supe's enemies are 1000% tougher. Big battles superman engages with tends to leave whole cities destroyed. Have you ever seen superman on his angry side...ie Doomsday. The only way Batman would win is that kryptonite ring which can easily be destroyed by superman with his laser vision. Or Superman deliberately lets Batman win.
